EasyJet's first flight to Akureyri

The British airline easyJet launched its inaugural flight to Akureyri this morning, on October 31st. This exciting development opens a new gateway to Northern Iceland for travelers departing from/through London Gatwick in Britain. There will be two flights a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, running until March 2024.
The airline is collaborating with the travel agency easyJet Holidays, which will offer package tours to Akureyri. Flights can be booked on the easyJet website as well.
