BRAND pop-up in Botanical Gardens
On the 24th and 25th of November, the restaurant BRAND will host a Christmas party at LYST.
The owners of BRAND are the professionals Hafsteinn Ólafsson and Akureyringin Ólöf Vala Ólafsdóttir.
Hafsteinn has had a successful career in competitive cooking, winning, among other things, gold and silver medals at the Olympic Games and World Games in cooking with the national team of chefs. Hafsteinn also won the Chef of the Year title in 2017. Ólöf is a production master and one of the few sommeliers (wine waiter) in Iceland.
