Courses for beginners and advanced students.
Exciting two-day skateboarding course for 6 years and older, boys and girls, both beginners and advanced. All the main basics of the sport will be covered and more difficult for those who can. Examples include how to stand, push yourself, turn around and even "push". We will divide into groups according to ability, and the head instructor of the course is Eiki Helgason, a skateboarder who is well known to the people of Akureyri, and has a long career in board sports. With him, the skateboard genius Haraldur Logi Jónsson will be better known as Harri.
It is recommended that participants bring their own skateboards, but it is possible to borrow a skateboard. It must be stated in the registration if a credit card is requested. A limited number of loaner boards are available.
