Kammerkór Norðurlands sings three concerts called ´Sound og Silence' November 5th and 6th:

Berg, Dalvík - November 5th at 8pm

Akureyrarkirkja - November 4pm

The program consists of American choir music; both new music by some of the state's foremost composers, spiritual and traditional songs and new ambitious arrangements of known popsongs. These composers include Paul Simon, Eric Whitacre, Jake Runestad, Billy Joel, Ola Gjeilo, Réne Clausen og MortenLauridsen.

The choir's director is Guðmundur Óli Gunnarsson and all choir members are educated and/or professional musicians from all of northern Iceland.
