KUSK & Óviti, or Kolbrún and Hrannar Máni, will host a concert at LYST in Akureyri this upcoming easter.

It will be their first independant concert in Akureyri and the event is open for all.

KUSK (Kolbrún Óskarsdóttir) and Óviti (Hrannar Máni Ólafsson) are your typical studio buddies, working together in every aspect of writing music, producing and performing.

Kolbrún, KUSK, is a 19 year old producer from Reykjavík making pop music from her bedroom. Last year (2022) she became the first solo winner of "Músíktilraunir", Icelands battle of the bands, and later that year she released her debut album "SKVALDUR."

Hrannar Máni, Óviti, released his first album "Ranka Við" in 2021 with songs like "Hringrás", "Hvað með það feat. KUSK", and "Óviti feat. JóiPé."

KUSK and Óviti have played all over Iceland, appeared on the Icelandic talk show "Vikan með Gísla Marteini" and at Iceland Ariwaves, and even made their way outside of the country, playing in The Netherlands last summer. Together they have also released songs llike "FLUGVÉLAR feat. Óviti", and "ELSKU VINUR."

Now they make their way to the north during easter and look forward to playing:)
