Departure at 08.00 in private cars.

We drive to Öngulsstaðir farm and to the summer house at Sel. From there we walk up to the cairn at the northern end of the mountain and then ascend to the summit which       offers fine views of the Eyjafjörður area. Total distance: 9 km, vertical ascent: 870 m.
