The Arctic Coast Way is amongst the ten "best road trips in Europe" according to CNTraveler. Arctic Coast Way is about 900 km of roads along the North Atlantic Ocean linking 21 towns and fishing villages including Akureyri. The route has e.g. plenty of midnight sun spots, geothermal pools, whale watching, birdwatching and stunning nature in a tranquil part of Iceland.
