Dekurdagar in Akureyri

 

On Saturday, October 11th at 1:00 PM, we will have a cozy family time together in the children's department.

We will start with meditation, where we will get comfortable and Eydís, the children's librarian, will guide us through a meditation story.

After the meditation, we will move to the cafeteria and do some beading and let the color pink be dominate.

 

Dekurdagar in Akureyri is held every year. The signature color of Dekurdagar is pink. The days are a major sponsor of the Akureyri Cancer Society.

 

At the event, it will be possible to make voluntary donations to the Akureyri Cancer Society.

 

We encourage you to attend the event in an environmentally friendly manner. There are bicycle racks at the library, and the bus is free and all buses stop in the city center 300 meters away from the library.
