In the lecture, Hadda discusses how the sheep and its products have nourished our creation story from the beginning of settlement in Iceland and inspired practical and spiritual art and craftsmanship.
Hadda lives in Eyjafjarðarsveit and operates a studio and gallery Dyngjan Art Theater. There she enjoys the beauty of the countryside and paints, spins, webs, caters to bees, welcomes guests, holds exhibitions and offers various courses.
The event is a part of this year's lecture series of the Akureyri Academy and nursing and residential homes in Akureyri for residents of the homes and other residents of the town.
All welcome - free entrance.
