Hike starting from the farm Sigtún through lush terrain.

Bryðja was a troll-woman who lived in Bryðjuskál in the mountain above Munkaþverá. The hike goes up from the farm Sigtún through lush terrain, along Smáragil, where a series of waterfalls can be seen, including Silfurfoss. The hike is fairly easy-paced, allowing time to enjoy the scenery. The same route is followed back.
