Flateyjardalur: Mountain biking on an electric bike

Drive to Þverá in Dalsmynni and take Flateyjardalsvegur down to Almannakambur.
From there the tour begins by cycling north to the sea crest below Brettingstaðir, but the crest is inaccessible to all vehicles except four-wheel drive cars.
On the way to the sea, you ride a jeep trail that is quite rocky in some places. You have to ride over twelve small watercourses, streams and small streams.

Total distance 42 km. There is an insignificant rise on this route. Those who have a bike rack use it, others can have the bikes transported on a bike trailer.
