Drive up to Víkurskarð.  Then the walk goes through Hrossadalur south of the pass and examine the remains of an old court. Then continue to Þórisstaðaskarð and Lækjardalur to the source of Hamragil and back to Víkurskarði.

Walking elevation about 200 m.
