The Icelandic Sea Woman - an weekend art course for 8-10 years old children - at Flóra culture house Sigurhæðir in Akureyri town center.

Saturday 13 September and Sunday 14 September, 1-4pm both days + exhibition at 4-5pm on the Sunday.

No course fee - registration fee ISK 2.000.

Inspired by stories of Icelandic sea women, the children will make their own art pieces in form of paper mass sculptures and found materials from the shore line.

On the Sunday at 4pm, at the end of the course, the kids will open an exhibition on their work, open to everyone.
