The Christmas exhibitions at Akureyri Museum and Nonni‘s house are attracting well-deserved attention. This Saturday the Yule lads will visit Akureyri Museum to explore the exhibitions and sing and talk to guests. The Christmas lads will be at the museum at 14:30 if they’ve learned to tell time.
One of Akureyri‘s oldes building, Nonni‘s house, is festively decorated and popular with schoolchildren—perhaps they’ll return with parents?
At Akureyri Museum, you can peek into the Christmas Mountain the home of mischievous Yule lads. Get the christmas spirit of the past through photographs.
The museums are open daily from 13-16.
Free admission for adults with children. Tickets otherwise cost 2000 ISK, valid through 2025 and for seven museums!
