International Women's Day is March 8. On that occasion a lunch meeting will be held in the lobby of Borgir, Norðurslóð, close to the University of Akureyri. The house opens at 11.30, but the meeting starts at 11.55. 

Entrance fee is ISK 1,500 and all proceeds will go to Bjarmahlíð, which is a center for victims of violence. Credit cards are accepted.
