Lausa Skrúfan (The Loose Screw) is an awareness campaign organized by Grófarinnar Geðræktar in Akureyri. Its aim is to increase people's awareness of taking good care of their mental health, strengthen mental health prevention, and reduce stigma towards mental illness. Furthermore, it seeks to encourage people to seek help when needed and provide information on where support can be found in our community. February is month of Lausa Skrúfan, but that month is often cold and dark, so it is especially important to take good care of your own mental health.
We will be at Glerártorg at the following times:
- Thursday, February 26, between 14:00 and 18:00
- Friday, February 27, between 14:00 and 18:00
- Saturday, February 28, between 12:00 and 17:00
Feel free to stop by and talk to some of the Lausa Skrúfan crew. You can also read more about the project on our website: www.lausaskrufan.is
See you at Glerártorg!
