The theater group Lotta is well known to the people of the country, but since 2007 the group has been traveling with its performances all over the country. This summer marks 10 years since Gilitrutt premiered at Lotta Theater Group, but it is one of the group's most popular works from the beginning.

In the fairy tale about Gilitrutt, the stories about the three goats and Bukolla are intertwined, as well as the legend about Gilitrutt.In addition, the audience gets to know Gilitrutta's brother Bárði, the people of the farm Bakka and other funny characters from Æventýraskogin.

Gilitrutt is a show that is designed for all age groups, where adults as well as children can have fun together. Since the shows are outdoors, it's a matter of dressing for the weather, packing a little lunch and pouring water into a jug, and then getting ready for the adventures in the Ævintýraskogin.
