Áslaug discusses the challenges that couples face in long-term relationships and the solutions that have helped those who have been diagnosed with cancer. Áslaug will also talk about the creation of her newly published book Life is sex - A sexologist's guide to long-term relationships and introduce methods that make sex not only bearable, but great. This is a talk for everyone who wants to be in a fun and intimate relationship.

About Áslaug: Áslaug Kristjánsdóttir is a nurse and sexologist. She worked for many years at Landspítalinn, but in recent years in a private practice. Áslaug has been working with individuals and couples in diverse relationships for more than a decade in relationship and sex counseling. She has provided education and counseling for cancer patients for the Cancer Society and the Light for many years.
