Byrja (bíb) búið

The Dansleikhúsið (theatre) Byrja, (bíb) búið talks about the choreography of everyday life and asks who can move, how, where and when?
What happens if you walk backwards through a grocery store? If you don't follow the rules of the space?

The Dansleikhúsið (theatre) Byrja, (bíb) búið talks about the choreography of everyday life and asks who can move, how, where and when? Every space we step into gives us signs that tell us how to move within it. Without these specifications, we lose our eight senses.

What happens if you go against the choreography, the unwritten rules of space? And how much does it take for it to be a deviation? If we ever allow ourselves such a thing? The exhibition was done in co-creation within the group. The method was a study of the regulations of different spaces and the material was created through experiments within the various public spaces, using the methods of Site-specific theatre. Finally, the study found a place in the space of the theater and its rules for movement were examined. Because the theater has its own specifications and unwritten rules like all other public spaces.
