New jazz music by the singer EIK will be performed, arranged by her for a mini big band. The music draws from many jazz styles, including Nordic jazz, rock jazz, modal jazz, and hard bop. EIK is a 22-year-old singer from Akureyri.

She composed the pieces while studying at the Iceland University of the Arts and also arranged them for the mini big band.

The mini big band features musicians from northern Iceland.
