Patti Smith, born in Chicago and raised in New Jersey, moved to New York in 1967 and has since become one of the most influential artists of her generation — as a musician, poet, and visual artist. She broke through with her 1975 album Horses and has an extensive body of work, including numerous albums and books. Her memoir Just Kids won the National Book Award in 2010. She has been nominated for both Grammy and Golden Globe awards and has received numerous international honors, including the Polar Music Prize. In 2007, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Her work — including photography and installations — has been exhibited around the world, and she has received honorary doctorates from several universities. Smith is also an active advocate for human rights and environmental issues, particularly through the organization Pathway to Paris. She currently lives in New York, where she continues to write, perform music, and publish regularly on Substack.

Ticket sales begin December 2 at 10:00.
