Todmobile received an Honorary Award at the Icelandic Music Awards earlier this year and will now celebrate with a special concert looking back at the band’s remarkable career, from its early years to the present day and everything in between.
The band consists of Andrea Gylfadóttir, Þorvaldur Bjarni Þorvaldsson, Eyþór Arnalds, Eiður Arnarsson, Ólafur Hólm Einarsson and Kjartan Valdemarsson.
They will be joined on stage by Jónína Björt Gunnarsdóttir, a choir, the Siggi String Quartet and Guðni Franzson.
The evening’s special guest is Eyþór Ingi Gunnlaugsson, who has performed at many of the band’s biggest concerts and has recorded two albums with Todmobile.
This concert is both a celebration and a tribute to the many fans who have followed Todmobile throughout the decades. It will be a unique opportunity to experience the band’s music in a new and spectacular setting, while also celebrating the recognition represented by the Icelandic Music Awards Honorary Award.
