Salsa North invites guests to an open outdoor salsa dancefloor on Akureyrarvaka "Akureyri Cultural Night". We will teach you the steps and then we will dance together to the beat of salsa music in the pedestrian street Hafnarstræti. Everyone welcome, no need to have a dance partner or have any knowledge of salsa. We look forward to seeing you. 

Salsa North is a salsa and bachata school in Akureyri that was founded in January 2023. 

Courses are taught at Steps Dancecenter in Sunnuhlíð and regular salsa evenings are held at Vamos.
