Tour begins driving towards Mývatnsheiði close to Stöng farm - where the cars are left behind. 

The skiing goes east of Lake Másvatn, up to Ljótsstaðahalli, and then north along the marsh. On the way, stories are told about accidents that happend at Hallgrímslág and Skollhólar. The tour ends at the farm Þverá in Laxárdalur. There is a great view on Laxárdalsheiði.
A bus picks up the group by Þverá and transports back to the cars.
