The traditional parade, led by the Klakkur Scout Group and the Akureyri Brass Band, departs from the Old Home Economics School on Þórunnarstræti at 12:30. It marches south toward the Botanical Garden (Lystigarður), where the official celebrations will take place. Let’s all join the parade!
