The singing trio Uppáhellingarnir offers a jazzy, tight-voiced harmony old school style, they play instruments them selfes:
Steingrímur Karl Teague on piano, Rögnvaldur Borgthórsson on guitar and Andri Ólafssonon double bass.
The members are now celebrating the release of the album "Tempó primó – Uppáhellingarin singing Jónas and Jón Múli", where they perform their Árnason song and dance in Andra's arrangements; some of the most popular, but also some rare and previously unreleased music.
They perform with SigríðThorlacius who sings the fourth voice to deepen the jazz sound and Matthías MD Hemstock plays drums.
